All rights reserved Fees and Quotes In order to fit the needs of our clients for each project, we offer several package rates: hourly, weekly, & monthly. Payment options are:    For projects a pre-payment is due prior to starting the project.   The project will be delivered as "Draft" for your review and approval.  Final payment is due when the completed project is delivered.    On-going services, or Retainer payments are due on the 5th of the month.  Services of this nature are payable in advance (i.e. August 5th payment covers services for August).  Monthly services will not resume until payment has been received. Other payment arrangements can be made, but must be made prior to acceptance of services.    A return check fee of $45 will be charged for return checks.  A 22% late fee will apply if payment for on-going or retainer services is not received by the 10th of the month.    When our services are needed on-site (locally) we charge for travel and per diem.
